These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of JayaBaji’s websites, mobile apps, and online gaming services, such as online slots, live casino, cricket betting, and sports betting at JayaBaji. When you register, log in, deposit, or place a bet, you agree to these Terms, our data protection policy, plus any specific rules displayed during play.

Account security

We may freeze your account, reverse suspicious transactions, or ask you to reset your credentials if necessary.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payments

Unless we say otherwise, balances and transfers are in NPR. You can use eSewa, Khalti, local bank transfers, and supported cryptocurrencies if available. You must use payment methods in your own name when required. We may review large, fast, or unusual transactions more closely. Withdrawals may be delayed by wallet cut-offs, bank holidays, or supplier reviews. JayaBaji aims to process deposits and withdrawals quickly whenever possible. Dishonest payment claims may result in account closure, recovery of negative balances where permitted, and reporting to authorities.

Bonuses and promotions

Promotions are offered at our discretion. Each offer has its own eligibility rules, wagering or turnover requirements, maximum stake limits while a bonus is active, game weightings, excluded titles, and expiry dates. Examples include welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal cricket campaigns. Always read the current offer page before opting in.

We may cancel bonuses and related winnings if we find multi-accounting, group betting, bonus stacking that breaks the rules, or VPN use to bypass eligibility requirements. Promotional requirements do not change the risks of gambling or the house advantage.

Game integrity, errors, and disconnections

You must play the games as they are provided. Cheating, using bots or scripts, working with others to cheat, or exploiting bugs is not allowed and may result in the cancellation of your bets and winnings. Game results are generated by supplier-certified random number generators, live equipment, or official sports results, depending on the product’s rules.

If there are software issues or disconnections, bets may be voided or adjusted in accordance with the supplier’s policy and our disconnect policy. Obvious pricing mistakes may be corrected before or after settlement if the rules allow.

Sports and cricket betting

Markets are settled based on sport-specific rules found in the bet slip or help center. Abandoned games, weather delays, DLS changes in cricket, and data corrections can affect results. Live odds may change between selection and bet submission; only accepted bets are valid. Cash-out is available only if offered in real time.

Prohibited conduct

• False identity, payment, or location information.
• VPNs or spoofing tools to bypass restrictions or take advantage of promotions.
• Harassment of staff or other users in chat or support.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Malware, scraping, or unauthorized system access.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, layouts, and streamed content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal entertainment only. You cannot use these for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of our Services. This does not remove any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsible gambling

General legal clauses
