Disconnect Policy
This policy explains what happens if you lose your internet connection, your phone restarts, the app closes suddenly, or your browser crashes while using JayaBaji Nepal. It applies to online slots, live casino, cricket and sports betting, crash games, fishing, and other real-money games. Please read this together with our terms and conditions.
Purpose and fair outcomes
Disconnections can happen often on mobile networks in Nepal, like when you switch between Wi-Fi and 4G, travel, experience power cuts, or when many people use the internet in the evening. Because these problems are usually beyond our control, we use server records to check whether a bet was placed, whether a round finished, and what your balance should be when you reconnect. The information on your device is not final. Only the server timestamp matters.
This method keeps things fair for everyone. You will not be charged for a spin that never started, and other players at a live table will not have to wait long if someone disconnects. If you do not agree with a decision, please follow the disputes section and include screenshots and timestamps in Nepal Time (NPT).
General rules
- Accepted bets: If the system confirmed your stake before you got disconnected, the bet usually stands and will be settled by the usual rules.
- Unconfirmed bets: If you did not see a confirmation, your stake should not be taken from your wallet. Check your history before placing the bet again.
- Disputed timing: We check session tokens, server clocks, and supplier logs. All decisions are based on data we can verify.
- Malfunctions: Rare software issues may void rounds according to supplier rules and our terms and conditions.
Online slots and RNG games
For most slots games, each round finishes on the game server. If your connection drops after the server has accepted your bet and decided the result, the outcome is saved. Your balance updates when you reload the game or refresh your wallet.
If the interruption happens before your bet is accepted, your stake should not be taken. Sometimes you might see a short “pending” status. If it disappears without a result, you were not charged and can try again when your connection is stable. Free spins and bonus features usually continue on the server. To see your results, reopen the same game.

Live casino streams need a steady internet connection. If your network is busy, the video quality might drop, but this does not cancel confirmed bets. Once the betting window closes and chips are placed, the round will continue even if your video freezes.
Games that need your decisions, like blackjack, use countdowns. If you disconnect during your turn and do not return in time, the system may default to ‘stand,’ so the game can keep going. If you lose chat connection, your bets are still valid. Abusive chat can still break our terms, and settled bets will not be refunded.
Cricket, sports, and eSports
Pre-match and live bets on cricket or other sports are valid only when your bet slip shows acceptance. Seeing a price does not mean you have a contract until it is confirmed. Cash-out and edit-bet features only work when available in real time. If a feature times out during a disconnection, your original bet may still be active. Settlements are based on official results and the rules for each sport.
Crash, fishing, and instant-win games
Crash-style games are resolved on the server each round, and cash-out timing is recorded there. Fishing games record accepted shots before a disconnect, but any actions not sent may not count. Instant-win and scratch games follow supplier rules if there is an error in a round.
Platform and supplier outages
Sometimes disconnections happen on our side or a partner’s side, like during maintenance, technical fixes, or data center issues. We try to restore service quickly and may void any unsettled rounds that could not finish fairly. We announce scheduled maintenance when we can. Compensation for unexpected outages is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
What you should do after a drop
- Reconnect only through the official website or app.
- Check your wallet balance and bet or game history (note NPT).
- Reopen the specific game to finish pending animations.
- If balances still look incorrect after 10 minutes, contact us with your username, the game or market name, your stake, and screenshots.
Reducing disconnections
Keep your app updated, close large downloads, turn off extreme battery-saving mode during HD live play, and use a stable power source and Wi-Fi for long sessions.
